Membership Policy - Individual Membership
To Woodville District Basketball Club Community,
This membership policy clearly defines the membership groups in conjunction and accordance to the club’s constitution and provides greater depth and clarity.
In particular, it outlines how people become individual members and provides clarity where the constitution allows for decisions of the board.
Please ensure you understand this policy.
Should you wish to be a paid up member of the club, please follow the process in order to do so.
Under the policy there is one individual membership included in the summer fees. In order to become a member, you must still apply in accordance with this policy by completing the relevant application form. All policy conditions and constitutional clauses still apply.
NOTE: Only Life and individual members (who are entitled to receive notice, debate and vote at AGM) with complete contact information will be provided with notice of AGM and be entitled to submit nominations for the vacant board positions (and second those nominations) as well as provide submissions of special resolution relating to constitutional changes etc.
