For the AGM – nominations are sought for the following positions:
- Vice President (2 Year Position)
- Secretary (2 Year Position)
- General Committee x 10 (with Portfolio) (1 Year Position)
The 2019 AGM is Sunday 24 November. Committee nominations are now being accepted up to 7 days before this date.
Positions that are up for renewal in 2019 are Vice-President and Secretary and all 10 General Committee positions.
It is an expectation that the General Committee members oversee a Club Portfolio (such as Fundraising, Junior Panel, Senior Panel, Marketing, Carnivals, Uniforms).
The online form – https://bit.ly/2NmsXpL or a paper version or any other type of written nomination directed to firstname.lastname@example.org, must be lodged 7 days prior to the AGM
