UNDER 16, DIV 2 BOYS - PREMIERS
The boys went into the grand final knowing it would be a close one.
The previous two games against Centrals who finished on top after the minor rounds, were decided by 1 point with the boys getting up in the semi to go straight through.
The first quarter started basket for basket and that's the way it went for the rest of the game a couple of points was as big a lead either team had throughout the game.
The last quarter was intense but the boys kept their heads with good play at both ends, with foul shooting the only let down. To the boys credit they got up by two points giving them the win 38 to 36.
Would also like to mention that the crowd support was awesome and I have no doubt that it helped the boys get over the line.
Very proud of the boys it's been a great year also winning the Summer season and the State Champs.
