Commencing October this year FIBA has introduced some new rules that will affect the way the game is called.  The major change will be a new travel rule and certain parts of the Unsportsmanlike Foul and Technical Foul plus uniform (skins).

BSA will be holding a new rules workshop on Thursday 28th September 6.30 to 8pm at the Titanium Securities Arena (upstairs) to inform all of these changes.  This session is open to all club/team coaches.  It will cover the interpretation and application of these new rules commencing Summer season 2017.

It is important these new rules are understood and all officials, players, coaches and supporters are aware of the changes.

Details and a link will be available shortly on a web version that will outline and support these new rules.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
