ACTION HEATS UP AT THE BUSINESS END OF THE SEASON

The Victorian Junior Basketball League finals series kicked off on Friday evening with Quarter Finals played across all VJL 1-4 grades. The series will consist of Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, Preliminary Finals and Grand Finals contested across Victorian Championship and VJL (1-4) divisions.

The series will see games played over the next five weeks with in excess of 2,380 junior players participating across all age groups and grades.


VJL Semi Finals and VC Quarter Finals will get underway this Friday evening (29th) at the following venues:

MSAC (Aughtie Dve, Albert Park)
Frankston (90 Bardia Avenue
, Seaford)
Eltham (Withers Way, Eltham)
Werribee (Ballan Rd, Werribee)
Broadmeadows (Dimboola Rd, Broadmeadows)
Dandenong (Stud Rd, Dandenong)

It is going to be a fantastic month of junior basketball in Melbourne, which will conclude with Grand Finals being played at Dandenong on the 12th September (VJL1-4 grades) and the 19th September (VC grades.)

The VJBL Finals Series caps off a long and hard fought season that spans back to November 2007.
