Oceania's Baklai Temengil (Palau) and Auvita Rapilla (PNG) attending the ANOC Executive Committee meeting in Washington. This is their first ANOC General Assembly as Executive Committee members. They joined ONOC colleagues- President Dr Robin Mitchell (Fiji), Secretary General Rick Blas (Guam), Barry Maister (NZ), Kevan Gosper (Aust), Barbara Kendall (NZ). Congratulations Baklai and Auvita.
