10th Belau Games Opening Games

On Thursday 18, June 2015 Baseball was able to continue their scheduled games in the late afternoon after a rain out game yesterday. The first game was opened by Ngatpang and Koror State. Both team played their best and gave an exciting game but Koror wasn't able to hold their defense as they fall short to ngatpang with a score of 7-6 favor of Ngatpang. Both teams will be playing tomorrow 19, June 2015 as Koror will be facing Airai and Ngatpang meets team Peleliu. Updates for the game will be posted after each game on their website. 


After the rain out game yesterday 17, June 2015 softball officials had to revise the schedule to be a double elimination with a 13 State Teams. The weather was able to clear up in the afternoon thus Peleliu and Ngaraard was able to open the first game as Peleliu bested Ngaraard Red Torch. During the first four innings both teams played a tight game until Peleliu batting order start picking up and they bested Red Torch with 10 to 2 score from the bottom of 5th inning. Ngaraard was not able to come back to win the game before the game time expired. After a blowout game Ngiwal and Kayangel opens the 2nd game with very tight exciting games. The game was one of the high scoring games this year as both teams was almost a total match but Kayangel was not able to put up the winning score to win the game.  Game three, four, and five was not able to play after the second game due to the weather, therefore the game will pushed to be played tomorrow starting at 9 am 19, June 2015.  For detailed schedule of softball you may contact the Tournament Director Mr. Francis Termeteet at 775-1057 or email francistermeteet@palauhealth.org.
