Darebin Falcons and Diamond Creek will meet in the VWFL Grand Final rematch to start the 2015 Premier Division season.
AFL Victoria's VWFL Premier and Division 1 fixtures have been released, with six teams to compete in this year’s Premier competition starting on Sunday April 12.
The 15 round Premier season will feature a number of bye weekends for representative football, with the finals to start on August 29.

Five of the six Premier sides will also have a team in Division 1, with St Albans to field its second side in Division 2.
The Division 1 season will also begin on April 12, with reigning premiers St Kilda hosting Cranbourne and promoted Division 2 clubs North Geelong (premiers) and Seaford (runner up) facing Bendigo and Knox respectively.
Ten teams will feature in the 18 round Division 1 fixture, with breaks only for the ANZAC Day and Queen’s Birthday weekends.
AFL Victoria Female Football Manager Darren Flanigan said it will be a hectic calendar this year with a number of representative opportunities on offer.
“Apart from home and away football, there will be the two Melbourne versus Western Bulldogs games, plus the Victorian team games against WA and NSW, so we have provided breaks in the fixture to accommodate these matches.”
One of the highlights on the calendar will be the first VWFL game to be played in Wangaratta, which is a joint initiative between AFL Victoria, North East Border Commission and Darebin Falcons.
“The Darebin Falcons and Eastern Devils should be congratulated for taking women’s football to the Wangaratta, and the support of the North East Border Commission has been integral to this game being fixtured.
“It is a great opportunity to showcase women’s football in the region and will help with the growing interest in Youth Girls football in the area which the Commission is working hard to develop,” Flanigan said.
“The chance to see players like reigning Helen Lambert Medallist (Premier best and fairest) Daisy Pearce from Bright and her premiership teammate Darcy Vescio from Wangaratta return to their local region will help provide local female players a level to aspire to.”
The Grand Final for both Premier and Division 1 will be played on Sunday September 13.
