Gold and Silver for Harbour U15 Teams at Nationals !
Our U15 A boys and girls teams have had a fantastic National Tournament at Bruce Pulman Arena.
Our U15 Boys defeated an excellent Hawkes Bay team 81-58 in their final. Julius Halaifonua, Hadi Alshami and Troy Supple were named to the tournament team, and Troy was named MVP of the final. This caps an excellent tournament for the boys who went undefeated over the four days.
Our U15 Girls lost to a very good Waikato side in their final. Rebecca Moors had an outstanding game and was named to the tournament team with Amy-Lee Pateman. The girls had a very good tournament, with wins over strong sides from Wellington, Rotorua and Tauranga.
Huge congratulations to coaches Josh Davis, Morgan Maskell, Bronwen Davidson and Luye Murphy. Thank you to managers Antony and Oralee.
The future looks very bright for Harbour as these guys move through the age groups over the next few years !
