Forme Spa will award the Player of the Week from the Forme Spa Women's League a $50 voucher redeemable at any of the Auckland locations. All players will also receive a $20 voucher that can be used on any purchase over $99. You can also visit on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, show your Harbour membership card, and receive a 15% discount on your visit (excluding promotions). Finally the League MVP of the 2015 Winter League season will receive a special prize from Forme Spa.
