THE Caroline Springs Football Club will turn pink this weekend.
The Lakers’ Under-18 and Senior Women’s teams will be wearing specially made Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) guernseys on Friday night as part of their special weekend of fundraising.
The club’s Under-18 and Senior Women’s teams will play under lights on Friday night, with the Under-18 girls taking on Albion at Town Centre Oval at 6.30pm.
Then at 8.15pm, the Senior Women will take to the field to take on Roxburgh Park. The Lakers will be chasing their second win of the season.
On Saturday, it will again be an action packed day of footy and fundraising. The club’s Under-19’s, Reserves and Seniors will take on Altona.
The club is calling on the community to attend the games and show your support for those who are affected by breast cancer.
BCNA tins will be around the ground, with club officials encouraging supporters to dig deep.
