CAROLINE Springs won their first ever senior premiership on Sunday, when they defeated the Yarraville Seddon Eagles at Avalon Airport Oval in Werribee.
The Lakers won by 14-points in front of a packed house.
The final score was 12.8. 80 to 9.12. 66.
Lewis Tudor was named the best on ground.
In the Reserves, it was the Eagles who got over the top of the Lakers. The final score was 8.11. 59 to 6.8. 44.
In the Under-19 Division 2 Grand Final, Newport Power defeated Albion. The final score was 10.4. 64 to 6.13. 49.
The Power have claimed back-to-back titles.
