AFTER getting beaten by Deer Park in last year’s grand final, Werribee Districts decided to make some changes.
After Wade Chapman parted ways with the Tigers, the club unveiled Geelong premiership hero Paul Chapman as its new coach.
Chapman has had a decorated AFL career, winning three flags and a Norm Smith medal.
The club has also added a group of talented players to its list, with a host of junior players returning to Werribee Districts.

Last season: Division 1 Seniors – Runners-Up. Division 1 Reserves – 3rd.
Leading goal-kicker: Seniors - Christopher Molivas – 55 goals. Reserves – Aaron Taylor – 48 goals.
Best and Fairest: Matt Dean.
Key Ins: Josh Huxtable, Matthew Taylor, Rhyce Prismall, Nathan Black, Bol Kolang, Luke Chapman and all of the juniors who have come back to play.

Rising stars: “We are all expecting the whole playing group to improve,” president Murray Smith said.
