THE Sons of the West program is back and will be bigger than ever in 2016.
The program returns for its third year, beginning with its preseason exercise campaign across the west in February.
The FREE ten week initiative focuses on light physical exercise and is open to all men in the Western Region Football League and the wider community ahead of the official start of the main program in June.

Sons of the West is a Western Bulldogs community health initiative, which is aimed at supporting men living and working in Melbourne’s western suburbs lead healthier lives.
The free program is going from strength to strength, with 1000 registrations in 2014 and about 2100 registrations last year.
Throughout the year, local particpants will be involved in activities that cover healthy eating, physical activity and mental health.
There will be giveaways and incentives, including Western Bulldogs memberships and unique inner-sanctum experiences.
