Games News Service SOL2023 GOC, glad to have Del

SOL2023 - Assisting media volunteers was a major responsibility of Del Koime, who was one of six Pacific media professionals assembled by the Sol2023 XVII Pacific Games Organizing Committee and Australia's Team Up programme.

Del adds tremendous expertise to her current position as a content and female engagement lead for the Australian-supported Basketball for Good programme in PNG, building on her experience broadcasting from the 2015 Pacific Games in Port Moresby. She said, "I firmly believe in being yourself, there's no one more qualified," while energising volunteers in the community to create and record athlete stories that are distinctly captivating.
