Neco, Dragons score wins in GBL
Teams Neco and Palau Royal Resort (PRR) Dragons secured contrasting victories over respective foes, Tuesday in the ongoing 2014 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.
Team Neco showed might as they beat the Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) Stingrays, 85-79 while PPR Dragons won over the SDA Crusaders, 96-66.
In other games, Fish n Fins Hunters beat Mason’s Mercury, 77-69; Island Rhythm won over WCTC Powerball, 90-75; team Malii downed MOH Band Aid, 64-61; and MOJ Lawmen defeated MOE Spiders, 88-67.
Games will resume tonight with PPUC Electric Eel versus MOF Omsangel at 6 p.m. while MOJ Lawmen will face KSG Royals in the main game at 7:30 p.m.
Monday night games will have MOF Omsangel against MOE Spiders at 6 p.m. followed by the MOH Band Aid-Team ABC tussle at 7:30 p.m. while Yrang’s Salon will face PPR Stingrays in the main game at 9 p.m.
