Palangi, Little Ranchers win last leg of 9th Annual Island Jams

Teams Palangi and Little Ranchers showed poise as they shared top honors in the last leg of the 9th Annual Island Jams basketball tournament held at the Ngerbeched basketball court.

Team Palangi took the 14 to 18 years old (Senior High division) while Little Ranchers bested their foes as they took the top honors in the 9 to 13 years old (Junior High division).

The tournament was played with the 3-on-3 format and will have two divisions namely the 9 to 13 years old (Junior High division) and the 14 to 18 years old (Senior High division). The tournament played a round robin format and each team will play equal amount of games.

Organizers of the tournament thanked all the teams that participated in the three legs of the event and stated to see all the players in next year’s edition.
