Neco drops PNCC in Rudmich Enterprise GBL

Business division champion team Neco continue their winning run this time beating PNCC Molekoi, 95-70 Friday night in the ongoing Season Finals of the 2013 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League played at the Palau National gym.

Neco showed that they meant business as they established a 27-7 advantage in the opening quarter and then continued to stretch their lead at the end of the first half via 54-25.

From their they never slowed down as they continued to score more baskets and take the win with Nico Hinoza leading the scoring fray with 23 while teammate Jomar Naguit chipped in 14. Edmund Barayuga, on the other hand, topscored for PNCC with 24 on the losing end.

In other games, Sam’s Sharks beat Island Rhythm, 78-76; MOJ Lawmen topped Galaxy Builders, 76-61; Surangel Kings won over President’s X-Men, 84-80; and PPR Shark Attack defeated KSG Royals, 89-68.

Games will resume tonight with Neco taking on WCTC Powerball at 6 p.m. while Surangel Kings will face PRR Dragons at 7:30 p.m. Winners of the games will advance to the semifinals which will be played Thursday night starting at 6 p.m.
