Ksau Imaging Solutions beat Mercury Optimax in IP&E ABL
Team Ksau Imaging Solutions turned the heat on as they went on to beat sister team Mercury Optimax, 98-86, Thursday night in the ongoing elimination round of the IP&E Amateur Basketball League at the Palau National gym.
After taking a 54-45 lead at the end of the half, Ksau Imaging Solutions waxed hot in the third canto as they outscored Mercury Optimax with a 23-15 run to establish a 77-60 advantage. From there, Ksau Imaging Solutions went all the way to score the win with Armando Canseco leading the way with 18 points as teammate Dinnis De Mate added 15.
Mesikt Benjamin paced Mercury Optimax with 31 markers but was not enough to fuel a comeback as teammate Smau Kabue chipped in 16 on the losing end.
In other games, Blue Shark won over Papago Smooth, 77-74; and Ididers beat Melwert, 71-52.
