MOE II downs team ABC, 67-65 in Rudimch Enterprise GBL

Team Ministry of Education (MOE) II showed determination as they fend off team ABC, 67-65, Friday night in the ongoing 2012 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.

Team MOE II made their run in the fourth quarter as they turned back team ABC after trailing in early in the game. Rusty powered MOE II with 27 points as Earl added 22 to give MOE II another win in the league.

Meanwhile, Leilani Etpison and Tutii Chilton topscored for team ABC with 16 and 14 markers, respectively but was not enough as they suffered another setback in their campaign.

On the other hand, Franky Kuchad finished with 29 points as he fueled Sam’s Sharks past team Neco, 73-67.

In other games, MOF Omsangel won over Palasia Hotel, 95-87; Mason’s Hardware bested Fish and Fins Hunters, 88-81; Sam’s Sharks bested Surangel and Sons, 89-65; and PRR Dragons humbles PPR Shark Attack, 90-84.

Games will resume tonight with MOJ Cops versus team ABC at 6 p.m. followed by the MPIIC-PPUC Kamik tussle at 7:30 p.m. while Neco will meet Fish and Fins Hunters at 9 p.m. Tomorrow night’s game will have team Palau against the FBL selection at 6 p.m. as PNCC Molekoi will face KSG Royals at 7:30 p.m. while Galaxy Builders will take on Sam’s Sharks at 9 p.m.

Thursday night games will feature PPR Shark Attack against Mason’s Hardware at 6 p.m. as MOJ Cops will meet MOE II at 7:30 p.m. while PRR Dragons will face WCTC in the night cap at 9 p.m.
