SDA Kings takes top spot in EACS Boy’s league

Contender Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Kings closed their elimination round assignment after beating Koror Elementary School team A, 49-27 to take the top spot going into the semifinal round of the EACS Central Schools Boy’s basketball league played at the Palau National gym.

Carson Sumor lead the scoring clutches for the Kings with 10 points as they sport a 6-0 win-loss record going into the semis while Kib Gabriel topscored for KES A with 6 baskets as they finished the elimination round with 3-3.

In other games, Maris Stella School won over KES B, 59-20 to take third spot in the semifinal round.

In the semis, SDA Kings will face KES B while KES A will take on MSS. The winners of the semifinals will then advance to the championship set on March 8 while the losers will face off for the consolation on March 7.
