Back-to-back wins for SDA Kings in EACS Boy’s league

Contender Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Kings started its campaign on a high note as they scored back-to-back victories in the EACS Central Schools Boy’s basketball league at the SDA gym.

SDA Kings first defeated Maris Stella School (MSS), 55-26 on Tuesday at the start of the tournament. After that the Kings showed supremacy as they bested Koror Elementary School (KES) team B, 67-36.

The Kings showed its defensive prowess against KES team B as they nailed them in the first half with a 39-10 advantage and never looked back for the win. Cody Rorer led the Kings with 17 points as they now sport a 2-0 win-loss record in the team standings while Leleok poured 7 markers for KES team B who are still winless with a 0-2 tally.

In other games, MSS won over KES team A, 30-27 and KES team A defeated KES team B, 48-30.

Games will resume today with KES A versus KES team B at the Palau National gym at 3:45 p.m. while February 27 matches will include MSS against KES A at the Palau National gym while SDA Kings will host KES B at the SDA gym.
