2011 IP&E Shell NBL concludes
The season commenced on May 16 and concluded on August 24. The season was prolonged due to the WNBL 2011 season, MBT15U tournament in June and the 8th Belau Games in July. 10 teams competed in a double round robin format of competition with the top 8 ranking teams advancing to the playoffs quarter finals (Single elimination), Semi-finals (Best of 3 series) and Finals (Best of 3 series). Games were played at the Palau National Gym from Mon-Fri starting at 6:00 pm and finishing at 11:00 pm. Palau Basketbal Referees Association (PBRA) were contracted to officiate the games. The league fee was $400.00 each team. Funding from IP&E Shell Palau annual sponsorship to PBF programs of $10,000.00 and major team sponsors funded the league.

League MVP went to Team Peched - Douglas Schmidt who held a 25PPG average in the entire season.
Coach of the Year - Peleliu Islanders coach Sinton Soalablai. Most consistent, Organized and Proffesional coach in the league.
