Ngerchemai Central A continues dominance in KSHL 12 and Under
Ngerchemai Central A first defeated Meda Kids B, 38-29 on May 16 and then went on to beat Ididers B, 52-28 to take a commanding 6-0 win-loss record in the team standings. Wallace Worswick dominated the game as he scored 12 points in their game against Meda Kids B and tallied 19 markers in their match against Ididers B.
Worswick, who continues to pile on the points in each game, and after just 6 games he already has amassed 106 points at and average of 17.67 per game. Much of the success of the Ngerchemai Central A team being undefeated so far is due to Wallace’s extra height and athleticism.
In other games, Ididers B won over Meda Kids A, 43-38; Peched Reds defeated Ngerchemai Central B, 35-29; Meyuns drubbed Ididers A, 57-34; Echang South Coast won over Meda Kids B by forfeit; Ngerchemai Central B outgunned Ididers B, 34-39; and Meda Kids A outclasses Echang South Coast, 49-27.
Games will resume today with Meda Kids B versus Ididers B at 3:30 p.m. while three games will be played tomorrow with Ngerchemai Central A against Echang South Coast at 5 p.m. followed by the Ngerchemai Central B-Meyuns tussle at 6 p.m. while Peched Reds will face Meda Kids B in the main game at 7 p.m.
Teams listed as home must wear white T-shirts and teams listed as away must wear dark colored T-shirts. All players are reminded that they must carry their basketball shoes into the gym with clean soles and games will start on time.
