LEVEL 1 COACHING COURSE ANNOUNCED
The course commences on Saturday 17th October and registrations will close on Friday 9th October.
During the course coaches will be educated in basic individual and team skills as well as team offences and defences. In addition they will be instructed in many subjects within the general principles of sports.
The course takes 24 hours of instruction and is contained in 6 modules and 13 units
At the successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded accreditation as a Level 1 Basketball Coach under Basketball Palau's National Accreditation Scheme (NAS).
This accreditation will meet their needs to coach within local leagues, including the Elementary and High School Leagues.
