ASBA donates paints to Tafuna High School

The American Samoa Basketball Association made a presentation of 15 1-gallon paints donated to Tafuna High School. The paint will go to help restoring the high school's gym in re-painting its basketball court, bleachers, posts, etc. The presentation was made by members of the association led by President Milton Taufa'asau. "We want to give back to the community not only through development of basketball, but also through our service. We were very blessed to have Tafuna High school gym for our tournament and we wanted to show our gratitude by giving back. We hope that this donation of paint will help in revitalizing the gym."

The American Samoa Department of Education is supportive of youth sports in the territory and is very supportive of the basketball association's vision of developing basketball amongst our youth.
