Despite initial enthusiasm, COVID and the flu have continued to impact us all. Therefore the mid-winter roast will be cancelled this year, but please keep an eye out for other events.

Life is returning to more convivial times and in line with the pre-Covid approach, our Winter Roast is back with the aim to provide an opportunity for Members to catch up with old friends, make new acquaintances and enjoy being at our lovely Club. Even in winter it has charm and appeal.
The occasion will remain informal and casual. No raffle will be conducted. In line with the culinary mood of our times, we are also adding a vegetarian option. Please note that members are asked to order either meat or plant-based option so that there is enough to satisfy all.
Our Winter Roast Lunch will be held at the QCYC clubhouse on Sunday 3 July with the Club offering the following, at a cost of $25 per head.
- Roast pork and chicken
- Vegetarian main
- Baked potatoes
- Salads
- Cheese and fruit platters
- Coffee and tea
Join us in the bar from 11.30am, with lunch to be served at 12.30pm.
