QCYC reviews the Club’s Strategic Plan every four years. This is an important document that defines the direction of the Club.
A meeting was held in February to review the existing plan and work on where it was felt QCYC should be heading. There were some interesting ideas and many varied views which came together in a new Club Mission Statement and Vision Statement.
Subcommittees have been created to focus on the goals for 2022–2026.
The Plan is for all Members of the Club and we invite you to read the updated document (available here). We are keen to get your comments which can be emailed to the Secretary, secretary@qcyc.org.au.
