BSA recognises the health and safety of all our members, their families, and the wider community is critical to the resumption and continuance of softball activity. Please refer to the Queensland Government Coronavirus (COVID-19) website for the latest up-to-date information regarding:
BSA Return to Play Stage 3 Protocols have been developed for Downey Park and Preston Road Facilities and are based on the COVID Safe Plan for Field Sports and the Softball Queensland Return to Play Stage 3 Protocols. These protocols provide the requirements all participants and spectators are expected to adhere to when attending BSA facilities for competition and training activities.
These are live documents and will be updated as per changing advice provided by Government authorities and Softball Qld.

We remind everyone to be vigilant regarding COVID-19.
v Stay home if unwell – avoid close contact with people who are sick
v Seek medical advice if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild
v Maintain good hygiene – wash your hands often with soap and water, or hand sanitizer
v Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
v Cover your mouth to cough or sneeze – NO spitting
v No handshakes, high fives, huddles, celebrations, hugs, kisses, or unnecessary contact
v Maintain physical distancing – 1.5 metres (or two big steps)
v Any player or official member that has underlying health conditions or is considered a vulnerable person should consult with a healthcare professional prior to returning to the training or match day environment
