BNSW only confirmed this week that the top League will still be known as the Waratah League for 2020 however in 2021, NSW will also introduce the NBL1 East competition bringing the State in line with NBL1 South (Vic) and NBL1 North (Qld).
Penrith Basketball will announce the coaching staff for all senior teams by Wednesday next week.
Jarrod Moore has already been appointed to our talented Youth Men program which continues the Association direction of introducing capable, young and talented coaches into our programs to ensure a pathway for the future.
Penrith hope to field another strong Waratah League mens team in 2020 and build on the talent within the team this year.
The Womens program has lost several key players to US Colleges and player attendance at trials will determine if the Association is able to field teams in both Waratah and Youth League.
