New KBA Open Basketball - Season 2 - 2018
If you are looking to play basketball competitively, Kingaroy Basketball Open basketball is for you. For players 15+ years (Born 2003 and earlier). Open Basketball will run on a Thursday night at the Kingaroy State High School Indoor Centre alongside our Social Mixed Basketball. Sean Wicks is our Open Coordinator for Season 2 2018.
Open Basketball is Getting off the Ground Again!
When: 19th July (Thursday nights)
Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Cost: $10 / night of play (you've got to pay to play).
BQ Annual Membership: $31.22 You will need this to play - it covers everyone if an injury should occur (and if you're in the shape I'm in, there's a high probability you'll need the cover).
Format: To get the competition going, we will begin as a social form of 'pick-up' basketball. 20 minute games. Winners hold court for two games then rotate off. The rest (not much else) will be explained Thursday night of the 19th at 6pm. See you there.
Ps: We are hoping to build this back up into a thriving, structured competition if the interest is there.
