Clearances
All players competing in any of the KBBA's Summer Basketball competiitons are governed by it's By-Laws and Local Playing Rules.
Players who are registering with their club during the current season are free to do so, unless they have previously played for another club in the Association.
Any player who falls into this category, requires a clearance from their previous club.
It is the responsibility of the new club to ensure all of their players are eligible to play under the rules and by-laws of the KBBA, which includes clearances.
Clearances are all done online, and aren't automatic upon registration.
The club the player is moving to is responsible to submit the clearance on behalf of the player.

Clearances close after 8 weeks of the commencement of the current season.
