Fitness, Strength & Conditioning Programme with Michael Lagatule from Podium Performance


Weekly on a Monday night from

Monday, 29 October to Monday, 3 December 2018
4:30pm to 5:30pm at Kapi Mana Netball Courts 


This is a FREE programme

Open to all Y9 Y13 Kapi Mana Netball Centre affiliated players only

These sessions will cover all the components of fitness, focussing on introductory movement patterns and laying a foundation for strength and conditioning.  You will also be given a programme to use over the holiday break.

And if you are really serious, you can come back next year for the 8 week pre-season programme, February to April 2019
