Netball NZ Update 25/11/16

 Hi everyone,

It’s still November right? Well here in the NNZ office there has been a challenge laid down to ‘pimp your pod’ - see one of the team’s efforts below!

This week we have completed our annual review with High Performance Sport NZ and have a clear vision for 2017 and the high performance campaigns as we build towards Netball World Youth Cup GABORONE 2017 (NWYC2017), Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018) and Netball World Cup LIVERPOOL 2019 (NWC2019). Twenty nine young hopefuls have assembled for this week’s NWYC2017 trials – good luck everyone!

It has been a full year for everything digital here at NNZ and we are pleased to update you on the pilot programme for SKED – the world’s first bespoke Netball competition management package – read the full announcement.

We hope all of our Netball community are well, in particular those impacted by the recent earthquakes.

Take care,

Jennie Wyllie
NNZ Chief Executive
