Competitors will receive their Official Sports Program when they accredit at the Games Centre.

CHANGE OF VENUE for Coaches/Managers Meeting

There will be a coaches/managers meeting at the Urban Camp (50 mtrs away from the State Netball Hockey Centre) at 6:30pm on Friday 4th October.

This will be followed by an umpires meeting at 7:30pm.

Attendance is strongly advised!

Second Hockey Venue

McIvor Reserve - Footscray Hockey Club!!

Melways ref: 41, G10

Due to the large number of entries received for the Hockey competition there will now be games played at both the State Netball Hockey Centre and McIvor Reserve - Footscray Hockey Club.

Hockey Profiles

Dawn Aitken has played hockey for 52 consecutive years, including representing her local competition and state since 1960. Dawn won gold at the 2001 Australian Masters, and was a member of the National Veterans side in 1998. Dawn will take to the hockey field as part of the Twilighters team for the Melbourne 2002 World Masters Games.

Player Numbers

All players are required to have their number on the back of their shirts except the goalies who must have their number on the front of their shirt. The minimum size for numbers is 20cm.
