Venue Information
The venue is of world standard, fitted with state of the art Matterelli traps. A mechanic will maintain the traps throughout the competition. The venue has a total of 12 shooting grounds, consisting of 4 skeet, 6 Down the Line and 2 ISSF trenches.
How to get there
The
Frankston Australian Gun Club is only accessible by private transport. To drive to the club take St Kilda Road from the city, this road turns into the Nepean Highway. Follow the Nepean Highway to Edithvale and then turn left into Edith Vale Road (Crosses the railway line near Edithvale train station).
Drive past the wetland area and turn right onto the Mornington Peninsula Freeway. Travel along the freeway until you see the Thompson Road exit and turn left onto Thompson Road. Soon after, turn right onto Rossiter Road and the club is located on the left-hand side, at the end of Rossiter Road.
