VIDEO: Redlands Find Form Against FNQ

Redlands United defeated FNQ FC Heat 2-0 in the first feature match of Saturday's National Premier Leagues double header at Spencer Park, with second half goals to Zak Brattan and Graham Fyfe proving decisive.

Brattan opened the scoring following a period of extended Redlands domination, heading home powerfully from close range.

Fyfe extended the lead with ten minutes remaining after showing pace and guile to toe-poke past the keeper.

Heat weren't without their chances, and pushed forward valiantly at the last, however they were unable to break down the Redlands defence.

A superb individual performance from Mikel Breckinridge in goal for the Cairns-based club saved Heat's blushes repeatedly, ensuring a respectable final scoreline.
