INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PALM DRIVE CANTEEN MANAGEMENT - 2014 SEASON

Football CQ is seeking the service of a contractor to fulfil the role of Canteen Service Provider at the Palm Drive Sports Complex, Blain Drive Gladstone. The canteen has commercial fridges and basic cooking/heating equipment, reasonable electricity costs will be borne by Football CQ. The role will commence on Saturday, 8 March 2014 and finish in mid September 2014.

The Role –

The Canteen Service Provider will be expected to:

• Source, finance and manage all food and beverage supplies
• Provide a menu and pricing of goods
• Provide own float
• Adequately staff the canteen facility from 7.30am until the completion of the last match every Saturday during the regular season (school/public holidays excluded).
• Meet all regulatory requirements under Local, State and Federal laws where applicable, including insurance.

Contractors able to provide barista level service, and own coffee making equipment, will be highly regarded.

All bids are to be in writing, including responses to the above criteria, and submitted via email to Rod Cousins, Football CQ General Manager at rodc@footballcq.com.au by the close of business, Friday 14 February 2014.

Note - All bids must include the remuneration on offer to Football CQ as part of the submission and please be aware the highest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.

The Football CQ Zone Executive will consider all submissions with a decision made by Friday, 21 February 2014.
