Norths CEO is Moving On

After almost three years in the role, Michael Haynes our current CEO, has decided to turn his hand to another challenge. He will be leaving us after completing some significant improvements to our Club. We wish him all the best with his next challenge.

We would also like to announce that Graeme Reid, our Club President, will be stepping into the breach to take on the role of CEO in an interim capacity on a part time basis. The Board has determined that Graeme is the best person to lead the Club on a day to day basis and for us to to work out what exactly is required before we appoint our next CEO. Graeme will be conducting a review of our operations and processes to determine where we can improve and also to ensure that we are equipped to achieve our mission for the Club.

For those of you who dont already know, Graeme performs this role for Basketball NSW currently ie helping other Clubs in NSW to set up and improve systems and processes for success so is a great fit for what is required right now. Graeme will step down as President and this role will be filled untill our next AGM by Vik Kortian, current Vice President.

Graeme is at the rooftop stadium most nights so make sure you say hello and let him know any suggestions you may have for how we can improve your basketball experience at Norths.
