History

Malvern Netball Club was established in 1989 to provide an opportunity for Malvern Primary School girls and boys to play netball on a regular basis outside the school environment.

Since then it has grown into a club that fields over twenty teams each week. We have players from Grade 3 level up to Open teams

We play as part of the Waverley District Netball Association (WDNA ).

Games are played on outdoor courts situated on the corner of Cassinia Ave and Farmer St Ashwood.

WDNA organizes their competitions into Age Group and Open Sections. There are two seasons played each year, a winter season of 14 rounds with finals held in August, and a Spring Season of 10 rounds with finals played in December.

Our aim is to provide a positive, fair environment for our players, by emphasising enjoyment and by providing appropriate development and competitive experiences.
