NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING PORT MACQUARIE BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION INC
Dear Members and Life Members,
We want to inform the members that a Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Tuesday 13th October 2020 commencing at 6:30 pm.
In light of these unprecedented times and complying with the NSW Government Public Health (Covid-19 Restrictions on Gatherings and Movement) Order 2020, we will be managing the SGM virtually by using Zoom.
Members who are eligible to vote will be able to see a live webcast in real-time, they will have the ability to interact and to ask questions during the SGM via the online platform as well as hear all the discussions, subject to the connectivity of their own device.
Members and Life Members who would like to attend the SGM, we are asking that you please register your interest via sending an email to info@bnsw.com.au by no later than 6:30 pm on Sunday 11th of October 2020.
Basketball NSW will provide a guide on how to participate in the SGM by the close of business on Monday 12th of October; a Basketball NSW staff member will be available to assist you shall you require.
