The 2022 PMBA Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 28 June at 6:30pm. 

 

 

 

All members of Port Macquarie Basketball Association are invited to attend the meeting being held in person for the first time in two years. Current registered players over 18 and Life Members have voting rights. Parents of junior players are encouraged to become volunteer members to enable the opportunity to vote.

Audited Financials:

The Treasurer will provide the meeting with a report reviewing the audited finanical results as published below. 

Election of Directors:

Voting will be undertaken at the AGM to elect six Directors from the nominated members below;

General Business:

No notices of general buiness were submitted by members prior to the close of nominations. 

Appointment of Proxy:

Any member entitled to vote can appoint another member as proxy to attend in their place. The Proxy form (available below)  must be submitted by 6:30pm Sunday 26 June to secretary@portmacquariebasketball.com.au
