NOTICE OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Special General Meeting on Tuesday 13 October resolved that the 2020 AGM be held as soon as possible and convened so that all members could attend.
Notice is given that the AGM will be held on Tuesday 24 November at 6:30pm
All seven elected Board positions of Port Macquarie Basketball Association will be vacated and voted on at the AGM.
All members of Port Macquarie Basketball Association are invited to attend (via zoom) and vote for the new Board. Senior players are members with voting rights and parents of junior players are encouraged to become volunteer members here.
2020 Annual General Meeting
When: Tuesday 24 November, 2020 commencing at 6:30pm
Where: The meeting will take place via Zoom. Details will be circulated via subsequent communication prior to the meeting date.
Important dates:
- Tuesday 20 October - Nominations for Life Members close 6:30pm
- Thursday 29 October - Nominations for Notices of Motion close 6:30pm
- Friday 30 October - Nominations for Board / Elected Director positions close 6:30pm
- Sunday 22 November - Appointment of Proxy forms must be submitted by 6:30pm

- hand delivered to the PMBA office at the Indoor Stadium
