Rostering Business Rules
Referees are responsible for maintaining their availability within the system. Where the roster is not yet published for a session and a referee isn’t available for a session that they're normally available for, the referee is required to change their availability within the system.
If the roster has been published and a referee is no longer available they must contact the Referee Coordinator immediately.
