Futsal - Senior Mens and Womens Competition
SENIOR MENS AND LADIES COMPETITION 2012/13
Want to make new friends, try a new sport or even if you’re an existing player put in your own team.
Minimum of 7 players.
Registration forms can be picked up from SPORTS FIRST or downloaded from the SWAN HILL SOCCER WEBSITE
Bring completed forms to our registration night on
Monday 15th October between 6:30 – 7:30pm

Rego/insurance $60.00 (upfront fee)
$8.00 per game per player
NO PAY NO PLAY !
Competition starts Monday 22nd October 6pm

All players need to wear the appropriate footwear such as runners and all players MUST wear shin guards.

To register please complete the 2012-13 FUTSAL REGISTRATION FORM and take it to the registration night at the Swan Hill Leisure Centre on Monday 15th October between 6.30-7.30pm.
