Why become a Referee?

Refereeing is for anyone at any age. If you are new to the game or have been involved for years, there is a game for everyone to referee.

As a referee you will learn all the laws of the game and gain a deeper understanding about why and how decisions are made.

Refereeing a game is great exercise, and if you choose to join the Gippsland Referees you will be paid for every game you referee.
