Association and participating team information

  • Please send the details and spreadsheets to clubs of your choice and ensure their lists are fully completed & returned back to the association prior to sending to WSW. This can be completed prior to the conclusion of this 2014 Winter season.

  • It is vital that association inform clubs & teams not to go over these totals due to limited availability of seats at Wanderland. Only players/coaches/managers/referees (i.e. those on the lists) will receive tickets on the day.

  • It is then the Associations responsibility to forward the fully completed lists from all participating teams in a single email to WSW Community before the designated due date 14-16 days priorto match-day as a minimum.  Please also ensure your participating clubs and players know all details which are in this email as we will not send additional logistics out other than info about ticketing.

  • We have provided Excel sheets to use for your designated match-days to assist with totals and filling teams. To ensure that each your numbers remain correct and lists are completed full please use the attached Excel Sheets to complete your team lists.

  • All players fields must be filled in as parents will be sent follow up ticketing information. The numbers in the spreadsheets are exact so please do not add or delete rows. All information collated will only be used by Western Sydney Wanderers FC and will not be passed onto third parties. Please note that we will send any information which can help for parents etc, to buy tickets to the email addresses provided, so please ensure they are correct. Some games may sell out very quickly and are subject to availability so this will be important to secure a seat.

  • Teams may change participants after they have submitted their lists to the association should there be an injury or illness but must not go over their total allocation and all changes made after the final list will be the responsibility of the individual teams manager. Please ensure that you do not go over the amount of spots allocated when you do this to avoid disappointment.

  • Western Sydney Wanderers FC will receive 2 separate emails from your Association, one email with all requirements completed per fixture.

Additional Tickets

  • Other family members wanting to attend will be required to purchase tickets. We strongly suggest they purchase in the Southern Stand White GA. Please inform clubs that we are involving 180 participants each game day which is 4x as many as most clubs and this is the reason for the ticket allocations. We should utilise the tickets available to give our football kids an experience.

Player Mascots and C.C Kids

  • Player Mascots and Centre Circle carriers are required to meet outside Gate F, and WSW will notify participants of arrival time via email.  We understand this may seem excessive, but THIS TIME IS NOT NEGOTIABLE due to rehearsal times. All these players should bring their own food and drink.

SSF and Skills Participants

  • SSF and Skill Session Players are required to meet behind Gate J (training field), 1 hours PRIOR to kick-off.  Coaches are responsible for lining up their kids and assisting the half-time co-ordinator (Volunteer) to relay information to parents of the players. All players must come with their coach and manager and will be under their care when not supervised by their parents. Please line up in front of your team cones. All these players should bring their own food and drink.

Weather

  • If weather is doubtful on the day- players will still attend the game even if they cannot take the field due to safety requirements. If part of the field is closed (out of our control) by the groundsmen at half time, ALL or some players may not get on the field but they will still be able to use the In Stadium kids areas during this time and get a FREE ticket to a potentially sold out venue.
