ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We wish to confirm the BDAFA AGM will be held on Wednesday 10 December 2014 at Bankstown District Sports Club commencing at 7.00pm.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. Year in review presented by the Chairman (Trevor Le Breton) of BDAFA.
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 2 December 2013.
3. To receive and consider the Financial Report, Director’s Report and Auditor’s Report of the Company for the year ended 30 September 2014.
4. Notice of motion for resolution to clauses 2.1, 13.2(a), 14, 15 and 16 of the BDAFA Constitution.
5. Election of six (6) Directors of BDAFA. Voting on the election of directors shall be conducted by an independent returning officer via secret ballot and determined on a “first-past- the-post basis”.
GENERAL BUSINESS
To consider any other business as may be lawfully put forward in accordance with the Incorporations Act.
