Call for Referees
GRFC delegates have voted to pay for each club to find a referee candidate to send on a referee course. If all 19 clubs put forward a candidate then 19 new recruits will join Referees Branch, therefore covering all games will no longer be a problem.
Kindly note that the candidate clubs put forward will not be a club referee. They will join the pool of referees and receive games in the normal manner. The only exception will be the Colac candidate that will referee Colac Otway Rangers home games.
If a club is unable to put forward a candidate, other clubs who are able to find more than their allotted share can make up the difference.
