Barwon SC rewarded for 100 percent self-registration

Barwon SC won the major MyFootballClub Club Self Registration prize for achieving 100 percent of their players self registering online for the 2012 season.

Barwon SC were in the running for the prize with 35 other Victorian clubs who also achieved 100% self registration.

The prize was a fully catered corporate suite to an A-League match as well as players acting as ball kids during the Melbourne Heart v Wellington Phoenix match.

The MyFootballClub Self Registration prizes for 2012 were:

Players - $50.00 2XU Gift Vouchers to the first 100 players drawn who Self Registered for the first time this year.

Clubs - 15% discount on the first 20 player registrations who self registered for the first time this year.
This incentive resulted in 181 clubs receiving on average $300.00 credit back to the club. Overall just over $54,000 was credited back to the clubs with this incentive.

Major Prize - Club who achieved 100% self registration – Corporate Suite to an A- League Match.

Self registration incentives have been provided for the past two years however this year a stronger focus was placed on Self Registration as Self Registration became mandatory in 2012.
